How do I trim my baby’s fingernail without cutting the finger?

Use the lil Nipper™ with confidence that cutting your babies finger is a thing of the past.  We have built and molded the lil Nipper™ with your babies safety in mind.  Using the faceplate with a slot allows for only the nail to be trimmed.

Is it true that this lil Nipper™ actually catches the nails?

Great questions!  It is true.  When finished trimming your baby's nail just tip the nipper and the nails fall out.  This happens because of the design used and where the nail is when trimmed allows the nail to be guided into the holding area.

When do you recommend trimming your baby’s fingernails?

After using the lil Nipper™ a couple times a person gets real efficient.
At first I (Tommy's dad) found the best time for trimming my son's nails was while he slept or was preoccupied. Today I just trim a few nails at a time and Tommy doesn’t mind (very nice.)
